Job description

  • Implementing and maintaining Infrastructure as Code (IaC) for automated environment provisioning
  • Supporting containerised platforms and orchestration to improve scalability and resilience
  • Embedding security and compliance controls into engineering workflows (DevSecOps)
  • Driving observability improvements across monitoring, logging and alerting
  • Advising engineering teams on DevOps best practice and helping remove delivery bottlenecks

Requirements

  • Typically 5-10+ years in DevOps/systems engineering/software engineering
  • Strong hands-on Infrastructure as Code (IaC) (eg, Terraform, Ansible, CloudFormation)
  • Containers & orchestration: Docker + Kubernetes
  • Cloud platform depth: AWS/Azure/GCP (networking, compute, storage, security)
  • CI/CD tooling: Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, CircleCI (or similar)
  • Monitoring & logging: Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack (or equivalent)
  • DevSecOps: integrating security into pipelines and delivery (eg, SonarQube, Snyk, OWASP practices)
