Job description

We are seeking a Dynamics 365 Enterprise AI Architect to lead the enterprise architecture and target-state design for a Microsoft-based customer engagement and contact center ecosystem. This role focuses on Dynamics 365 Sales, Dynamics 365 Customer Service, Omnichannel, Copilot Studio, Azure, Power Platform, Teams, and Dataverse., * Own end-to-end enterprise architecture for customer engagement and CCaaS platforms

  • Architect solutions across Dynamics 365 Sales, Customer Service, and Omnichannel
  • Design unified journeys: lead-to-opportunity, opportunity-to-close, case management, service resolution
  • Build AI-enabled solutions using Copilot Studio, conversational AI, virtual agents, and agent assist
  • Define Azure integration architecture (API Management, Logic Apps, Functions, Service Bus, Event Grid)
  • Lead integrations across ERP, telephony, identity, WFM/WEM, analytics, and enterprise systems
  • Define Dataverse data architecture, customer 360 models, governance, and analytics (Power BI)
  • Establish standards for security (Entra ID, RBAC, Key Vault), observability, and NFRs
  • Drive architecture governance, ALM, DevOps, and platform lifecycle
  • Partner with business and technology leaders on roadmap and execution

Requirements

  • 12+ years in enterprise or solution architecture
  • Deep expertise in Dynamics 365 Sales and Customer Service
  • Strong experience with Omnichannel and contact center (CCaaS) architecture
  • Hands-on experience with Power Platform, Azure, Microsoft Teams, Microsoft 365
  • Experience with Copilot Studio and AI-driven solutions
  • Strong background in API architecture and event-driven integration
  • Experience with Dataverse, data modeling, governance, and analytics
  • Strong stakeholder management and executive communication

Nice to Have:

  • Regulated industry experience (Financial Services, Insurance, Healthcare)
  • Azure, Power Platform, or Dynamics certifications
