Job description

  • Lead and oversee Oracle Cloud HCM Payroll configuration and integration projects
  • Utilize expertise in Fast Formulas, HCM Extracts, HDL, BI Publisher, OTBI, and OIC to optimize payroll processes
  • Ensure payroll compliance and regulatory requirements are met
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement payroll costing strategies
  • Conduct payroll testing and provide cutover support
  • Manage payroll transformations and parallel testing initiatives
  • Integrate payroll systems with GL/ERP platforms and UKG/Kronos solutions
  • Handle multi-entity and multi-jurisdiction payroll environments
  • Provide expertise in Union payroll and HR management

Requirements

We are seeking a highly skilled Oracle HCM Payroll Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Oracle Cloud HCM Payroll configuration and integrations, as well as a strong background in payroll technology., * 15+ years of payroll technology experience

  • Strong Oracle Cloud HCM Payroll expertise
  • CPP Certification (APA)
  • Hands-on experience with Fast Formulas, HCM Extracts, HDL, BI Publisher, OTBI, and OIC
  • Expertise in payroll integrations, compliance, and costing
  • Experience with multi-entity and multi-jurisdiction payroll environments
  • Knowledge of SQL and troubleshooting skills

Preferred Skills

  • UKG/Kronos integrations
  • Union payroll experience
  • GL/ERP integrations
  • Parallel payroll testing & cutover support
