Role Summary

Key member of Enterprise Project Management Office (EPMO)

Acts as Subject Matter Expert (SME)

Leads multiple large-scale, complex IT initiatives
-
Responsible for:

Project planning and execution
-
Stakeholder coordination
-
Timeline, scope, and budget management, * Develop and execute comprehensive project plans
-
Define project requirements with stakeholders
-
Manage project lifecycle including scope and change control
-
Prepare and maintain project documentation
-
Align tasks, timelines, and resources with milestones
-
Track defects and ensure proper testing processes
-
Report status, risks, and mitigation strategies
-
Identify and manage project risks
-
Facilitate communication between technical and business teams
-
Monitor deliverables, dependencies, and timelines
-
Ensure adherence to project management standards and SDLC
-
Mentor junior team members

Support additional PMO activities as assigned
Requirements

5+ years managing complex IT projects concurrently
-
5+ years managing large-scale applications across environments
-
Strong understanding of SDLC processes
-
Experience working with cross-functional teams
-
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders

Strong communication and negotiation skills

Experience in:

Matrix resource management
Proficiency with:
- Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Project tools (Project, Visio, etc.)

- Prior contract-based experience
- Experience working in smaller PMO teams
- Ability to work effectively in remote environments
- Regional proximity for occasional onsite work
