Job description

Role Summary

  • Key member of Enterprise Project Management Office (EPMO)

  • Acts as Subject Matter Expert (SME)

  • Leads multiple large-scale, complex IT initiatives

  • Responsible for:

  • Project planning and execution

  • Stakeholder coordination

  • Timeline, scope, and budget management, * Develop and execute comprehensive project plans

  • Define project requirements with stakeholders

  • Manage project lifecycle including scope and change control

  • Prepare and maintain project documentation

  • Align tasks, timelines, and resources with milestones

  • Track defects and ensure proper testing processes

  • Report status, risks, and mitigation strategies

  • Identify and manage project risks

  • Facilitate communication between technical and business teams

  • Monitor deliverables, dependencies, and timelines

  • Ensure adherence to project management standards and SDLC

  • Mentor junior team members

  • Support additional PMO activities as assigned

Requirements

  • 5+ years managing complex IT projects concurrently

  • 5+ years managing large-scale applications across environments

  • Strong understanding of SDLC processes

  • Experience working with cross-functional teams

  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills

  • Experience in:

  • Conflict resolution

  • Consensus building

  • Matrix resource management

Proficiency with:

  • Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Project tools (Project, Visio, etc.)

Ability to work in fast-paced environments and adapt quickly, * Experience with government or health-related systems

  • Experience in eligibility and enrollment platforms
  • Prior contract-based experience
  • Experience working in smaller PMO teams
  • Ability to work effectively in remote environments
  • Regional proximity for occasional onsite work

Certifications (Mandatory)

  • PMP (Project Management Professional)
  • CSM (Certified Scrum Master)

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in:

  • Business

  • Computer Science

  • Or related technical field
