Job description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and data-driven eCommerce Digital Shelf Analyst to join our Digital Commerce team. This role plays a critical part in building and maintaining a best-in-class digital shelf experience across key retailer websites and online marketplaces.

As a member of the Digital Shelf team, you will be responsible for managing product content, optimizing data quality, and ensuring seamless content syndication through our Product Information Management (PIM) platform, Salsify. You'll collaborate cross-functionally to develop scalable processes, automate workflows, and improve the overall effectiveness of our digital shelf operations.

  • Own digital shelf performance across key retailers and marketplaces by ensuring product content completeness, data accuracy, and effective content syndication at the SKU level.
  • Monitor and optimize product catalog health, identifying content gaps and opportunities to improve online product experiences.

Data & Systems Management

  • Maintain data accuracy and integrity within Salsify and other Digital Shelf platforms.
  • Organize and structure complex product data into scalable, rules-based workflows and automations.
  • Partner with IT and Data teams to support Digital Shelf data requirements and improve data governance practices.

Process Improvement & Automation

  • Design, implement, and document new workflows and operational processes within Salsify and related systems.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline operations, improve efficiency, and reduce manual effort through automation.

Retailer Content Syndication

  • Build, manage, and maintain retailer publication channels and content syndication connections within Salsify.
  • Conduct regular audits of retailer websites to ensure content accuracy and compliance with evolving retailer requirements.

Reporting & Analytics

  • Develop and maintain recurring and ad hoc reporting, dashboards, scorecards, and performance analyses for the Digital Shelf team.
  • Analyze data to uncover insights, prioritize opportunities, and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Train and support internal stakeholders on Digital Shelf processes, tools, and best practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve operating models, align priorities, and ensure consistent communication across the organization.

Requirements

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and shifting priorities.

  • Proactive, self-motivated, and accountable, with a track record of following through on commitments.
  • Ability to influence stakeholders and ensure adherence to established processes and service standards., * 3+ years of experience in eCommerce, Digital Shelf, Product Information Management, Digital Operations, or a related field.
  • Advanced expertise with the Salsify platform, including data modeling, complex formulas, workflow development, and content syndication.
  • Experience with Profitero is a plus.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including pivot tables, formulas, and data analysis.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Word.

Benefits & conditions

Pay Details: $30.00 to $35.00 per hour
