Kforce has a client that is seeking a DevSecOps/Application Security Engineer in Greensboro, NC for a Hybrid, Contract-to-Hire role., We are hiring a hands-on AppSec/DevSecOps Engineer to support a high-impact enterprise security program within a leading healthcare organization.
Duties Include:
- Perform security testing (SAST, SCA, DAST, API security)
- Review security findings and help prioritize risks
- Partner with developers to remediate vulnerabilities
- Support integration of security into CI/CD pipelines
Requirements
- 3+ years in AppSec, DevSecOps, or Software Engineering
- Programming experience (Java, Python, or similar)
- Strong understanding of OWASP Top 10 and secure coding
- Experience working with vulnerability management and security tools

Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
