Position Overview Green Bay Packaging is seeking a detail-oriented and technically skilled IT Coordinator to support all aspects of Information Technology at our facility. This role involves troubleshooting desktop, mobile, network, and wireless systems, coordinating IT projects, and ensuring alignment with corporate IT standards. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem-solver with strong communication and organizational skills. Responsibilities Provide technical support for desktop, mobile, network, and wireless systems Implement and maintain security standards Apply and follow protocols for the use of IT across departments and projects Work with Corporate IT on behalf of local staff to provide IT solutions Coordinate and manage IT projects, ensuring appropriate use of company resources Install and configure software and hardware Collaborate with other professionals to maintain standards and functionality Compile project status reports and maintain project schedules Facilitate, medical, dental, vision, prescription drug, wellness programs, STD, LTD, life insurance, and company matching 401(k).
