Manufacturing IT Support Engineer

We are seeking a Manufacturing IT Support Engineer to support plant operations by maintaining and troubleshooting manufacturing applications, infrastructure, operating systems, and end-user technologies in a fast-paced production environment. This role works closely with plant teams, engineers, and IT support groups to ensure operational reliability, continuous improvement, and modernization initiatives., * Support a multi-shift manufacturing operation, including flexibility for days, nights, and weekends as needed

• Provide technical support for plant applications, infrastructure, operating systems, and end-user tools
• Troubleshoot technical incidents and analyze system and process issues
• Coordinate escalations and collaborate with business IT, plant owners, engineers, and support teams
• Maintain, enhance, and integrate plant applications and hardware
• Support Cisco network equipment and Windows/Linux physical and virtual servers
• Support IIOT deployments using iOS and Android devices
• Develop and maintain accurate support documentation
• Follow standard support processes and assist with workload coordination across the IT support team
• Partner with cross-functional teams to support process improvements and operational efficiency initiatives

• 5+ years of relevant experience in IT support or infrastructure support

• High School Diploma or GED

• Strong communication, multitasking, problem-solving, and customer support skills

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment

• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and support all levels of operations and leadership

• Willingness to learn manufacturing operations and adapt to new technologies Preferred Technical Skills

• Windows and Linux server administration

• Cisco networking

• Active Directory / ADFS

• Virtual server support

• Mac, iOS, and Android device support

• Office 365 and SharePoint

• PowerShell

• Power BI

• HTML

• Basic scripting or automation concepts

• Experience with Dell and HP hardware
