IT Mainframe Engineer

Join our team as a skilled engineer in a dynamic environment. This onsite contract position requires expertise in mainframe systems and involves troubleshooting and supporting complex applications. Candidates should have experience with traditional programming languages and be prepared for a rotational on-call schedule., Provide technical support for mainframe systems. Analyze and troubleshoot programming bugs effectively. Collaborate with team members to enhance system performance. Participate in rotational on-call duties for nightly batch support. Engage in hands-on training to support lower environments., Fix programming bugs and issues efficiently. Conduct research and analysis to resolve system problems. Support and maintain mainframe applications. Participate in knowledge sharing and team collaboration. Ensure system reliability during on-call rotations.

Proven experience in mainframe systems support. Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills. Familiarity with traditional programming languages. Experience with core banking applications is a plus. Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
