Developer - Twilio Sip Trunk Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Independent Contractor to support and optimize our Twilio SIP Trunking environment across multiple clinic locations. This role will be responsible for configuring, troubleshooting, and maintaining voice communications infrastructure to ensure reliable call routing and connectivity between our clinics and cloud telephony services.

Responsibilities

• Configure and manage Twilio SIP Trunks for multiple clinic locations.
• Set up and maintain inbound and outbound call routing.
• Troubleshoot SIP, VoIP, and call quality issues.
• Support integrations with PBX and telephony systems.
• Work with IT staff and vendors to resolve connectivity and voice service issues.
• Document configurations, changes, and best practices.
• Recommend improvements for reliability, scalability, and call management.

Do you have experience in Telecommunications network troubleshooting?, * Proven experience with Twilio SIP Trunking and Twilio Voice services.

• Strong knowledge of SIP, VoIP, call routing, and telephony systems.
• Experience supporting multi-site environments.
• Familiarity with PBX platforms such as 3CX, FreePBX, Asterisk, or Microsoft Teams.
• Ability to work independently and manage projects remotely.
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills.
