Job description
- Lead end-to-end SAP FICO implementations, enhancements, and support projects
- Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications
- Configure and customize SAP FICO modules (AP, GL, Fixed Assets)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (MM, SD, ABAP, etc.) for seamless integration
- Design and support RICEFW objects (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms)
- Provide guidance on financial processes, best practices, and compliance standards
- Perform unit testing, integration testing, and support UAT cycles
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues
- Mentor junior consultants and provide leadership in solution design
Requirements
- 12+ years of hands-on experience in SAP FICO
- Strong expertise in:
- Accounts Payable (AP)
- General Ledger (GL)
- Fixed Assets (Asset Accounting - AA)
- Proven experience in full lifecycle SAP implementations
- Strong understanding of financial accounting principles and business processes
- Experience in integration with MM, SD, and other SAP modules
- Ability to work in a techno-functional role (functional + ABAP/debugging knowledge)
- Excellent problem-solving and stakeholder communication skills, * Experience with S/4HANA Finance
- Knowledge of Fiori apps and reporting tools
- Prior experience working in hybrid/on-site engagement models
- SAP certification in FICO is a plus
