Job description
We are seeking an experienced and innovative Solutions Architect with deep expertise in Amazon Web Services (AWS) and Marketing Technology (MarTech) platforms to design, architect, and implement scalable, secure, and high-performing digital solutions.
The ideal candidate will bridge business objectives and technology execution, enabling organizations to deliver personalized customer experiences, data-driven marketing strategies, and cloud-native digital transformation initiatives.
The Solutions Architect will collaborate with business stakeholders, marketing teams, product owners, enterprise architects, and engineering teams to create end-to-end technology solutions that leverage AWS cloud services and modern MarTech ecosystems.
Key Responsibilities
Solution Architecture & Design
Design end-to-end enterprise solutions aligned with business goals, digital transformation initiatives, and customer engagement strategies.
Develop scalable, secure, and resilient cloud-native architectures using AWS services.
Define technical roadmaps, architecture standards, integration patterns, and best practices.
Lead architecture reviews and ensure adherence to enterprise architecture principles.
Create high-level and low-level design documentation, architecture diagrams, and technical specifications.
AWS Cloud Architecture
Architect and implement cloud solutions using AWS services including: EC2, ECS/EKS, Lambda, API Gateway, S3, CloudFront, RDS, DynamoDB, Redshift, Glue, Athena, Event Bridge, SQS/SNS, IAM, CloudFormation, CDK, CloudWatch
Design multi-account AWS environments following AWS Well-Architected Framework principles.
Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions.
Drive cloud migration, modernization, and optimization initiatives.
Ensure high availability, disaster recovery, security, and compliance standards.
Marketing Technology (MarTech) Solutions
Architect and integrate enterprise MarTech platforms to support customer acquisition, engagement, retention, and analytics.
Design customer data and marketing automation ecosystems.
Lead implementations involving: Customer Data Platforms (CDP), Marketing Automation Platforms, CRM Systems, Digital Analytics Platforms, Personalization Engines, and Customer Journey., Build solutions for customer analytics, attribution, reporting, and AI-driven insights.
Enable unified customer views through data integration and identity resolution frameworks.
Collaborate with data engineering teams to implement scalable analytics platforms.
Integration & API Strategy
Design integration architectures across marketing, CRM, eCommerce, and enterprise platforms.
Develop API-led connectivity frameworks and event-driven architectures.
Implement secure integration patterns using REST, GraphQL, microservices, and messaging systems.
Define enterprise integration standards and governance models.
Security & Compliance
Ensure solutions comply with security, privacy, and regulatory requirements.
Implement AWS security best practices and governance frameworks.
Design solutions supporting GDPR, CCPA, and data privacy regulations.
Conduct architecture risk assessments and mitigation planning.
Requirements
Experience with one or more enterprise MarTech platforms such as: Adobe Experience Cloud, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Real-Time CDP, Salesforce Data Cloud, Oracle Marketing Cloud, HubSpot, Braze, Tealium, Segment, and Bloomreach.
Knowledge of customer journey orchestration and personalization strategies.
Understanding of digital marketing ecosystems and customer engagement platforms.
Data & Analytics Architecture
Design customer data platforms and marketing data lakes on AWS.
Architect real-time and batch data integration pipelines.
