Job description

We are seeking a Senior Security Architect / Engineer with deep expertise in GenAI security, threat modeling, and cloud security architecture. In this role, you will partner with engineering and security teams to evaluate, secure, and improve GenAI and agentic AI platforms across enterprise environments.

You will serve as a subject matter expert responsible for identifying emerging AI security risks, conducting architecture and threat assessments, and delivering scalable security solutions aligned with industry best practices and enterprise standards.

This role requires strong technical depth, strategic thinking, and the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders in highly complex and regulated environments. Responsibilities

  • Perform security architecture reviews and GenAI threat modeling for GenAI and agentic AI platforms, applications, and use cases.
  • Identify and mitigate security risks including prompt injection, jailbreak attacks, data leakage, model poisoning, vector database attacks, embedding attacks, and third-party model risks.
  • Conduct secure architecture assessments for platforms such as Google Vertex AI, Microsoft Copilot Studio, AgentSpace, and internal LLM services.
  • Define and validate security requirements aligned with:
  • OWASP LLM Top 10
  • OWASP Agentic Application Security
  • MITRE ATLAS
  • Internal GenAI security standards
  • Review and assess:
  • IAM and access control models
  • Secrets management practices
  • API security controls
  • Cloud security configurations across Azure and Google Cloud Platform
  • Produce high-quality threat models, architecture review documentation, and actionable mitigation recommendations.
  • Collaborate with engineering, platform, and security teams to gather architecture artifacts and drive remediation efforts.
  • Provide technical guidance to senior leadership and influence long-term GenAI security strategy and governance initiatives.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in cybersecurity, security architecture, application security, or threat modeling.
  • 5+ years of experience as a Security Engineer or Security Architect.
  • Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience securing GenAI or LLM-based systems.
  • Experience conducting threat modeling for cloud-native or AI-driven workloads.
  • Strong expertise in cloud security within Azure, Google Cloud Platform, or AWS environments.
  • Experience securing:
  • LLM applications
  • RAG pipelines
  • API gateways
  • SaaS-based GenAI platforms
  • Agentic AI systems
  • Familiarity with GenAI security controls including:
  • Prompt filtering
  • Data loss prevention (DLP)
  • Vector store protection
  • Adversarial input detection
  • Model hardening
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate technical risks into practical business guidance., * Experience working in regulated industries, preferably financial services.
  • Experience with ThreatModeler or similar threat modeling platforms.
  • Professional certifications such as:
  • CISSP
  • CCSP
  • GIAC
  • Cloud security certifications (Azure, Google Cloud Platform, AWS)
  • Experience with infrastructure and policy automation tools including:
  • Terraform
  • Azure Policy
  • Google Cloud Platform Policy Controller
