Job description

Join our team as a Desktop Support IT Operator, where you''ll be responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting IT systems in a dynamic environment. This onsite contract position requires excellent communication skills and the ability to resolve technical issues efficiently. You''ll work with a variety of technologies, providing support to end users and ensuring smooth IT operations., Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues for end users. Maintain basic networking and cybersecurity protocols. Utilize ticketing systems to manage and track support requests. Collaborate effectively with team members in a fast-paced setting. Adhere to standard operating procedures.

Requirements

1-5 years of experience in troubleshooting operating system issues. Proficiency with productivity software and remote support tools. Experience with password management and virtual desktop environments is a plus. CompTIA A+ or similar certification preferred. Strong customer service and communication skills.
