Job description
- Assist facility manager with management of IT and A/V infrastructure; draft supporting SOPs to facilitate proper usage.
- Coordinate with multiple supporting organizations and oversee the installations, imaging, and operations of systems across multiple security domains in accordance with policies, directives, and best practices.
- Ensure audit records are collected, reviewed, and documented (to include any anomalies); Report applicable findings to the Site Security lead and applicable ISSO/ISSMs.
- Monitor and take appropriate actions in the event of IA related security incidents.
- Serve as lead for submission of IT system remedy tickets to applicable data owner, help desk or other reporting site.
- Monitor, support scheduling and notify users of major system outages and connectivity issues, to include those occurring after hours, on weekends and holidays.
- Support basic user support to include password resets and account reactivation on all installed networks.
- Communicate and provide effective staff coordination across government, Marine Corps, and contractor organizations.
Requirements
MANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Information Assurance Engineer to join our team at Marine Corps Base Hawaii, Oahu Hawaii ., * At least 10 years' experience supporting IT and A/V infrastructure within ICD 705 type facilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with MS Word, MS Excell, MS Power Point.
Clearance Requirements :
- Must be eligible to hold or have an active current TS/SCI clearance.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to maintain construction security oversight in outdoor environment; walk (with personal protective equipment) to inspect and document delivery of components and assembly/construction of structure.
