Job description
Lead architecture, design, and delivery of PEGA Smart Investigate solutions for banking clients.
Implement and customize Smart Investigation for Securities, ensuring regulatory and compliance alignment.
Drive end-to-end PEGA solution design covering case lifecycle, data modeling, integrations, performance, and security.
Architect and govern PEGA applications in line with LSA guardrails, best practices, and enterprise standards.
Design and implement banking integrations, including SWIFT message flows and external financial systems.
Leverage AI Delivery features to accelerate development and improve solution quality.
Collaborate with business, compliance, and integration teams to translate requirements into scalable PEGA solutions.
Own non-functional requirements including performance, scalability, resiliency, and security.
Requirements
Minimum years of experience required: 10+ years
Certification needed: Yes, Certified PEGA Lead System Architect LSA (Mandatory)
Must Have Skills: Pega and BPM, 10+ years of experience with PEGA.
Certified PEGA Lead System Architect (LSA) Mandatory.
Hands-on experience with Smart Investigate, Smart Investigation for Securities.
Strong understanding of banking fraud, and investigation life cycles.
Experience with SWIFT messaging and banking transaction flows.
Integration expertise using REST and SOAP APIs, PEGA Queue Processors, Services, Connectors, and asynchronous processing., Ability to apply AI features to improve productivity, quality, and decision outcomes.
