Instructs computer system users in the safe and proper use of computer equipment and of computer applications; answers questions and assists in resolving problems related to the methods and procedures for utilizing computer applications. Installs, tests, and monitors the operation of computer hardware and software; configures hardware and software. Assists in creating databases and spreadsheets and designing and generating related reports. Assists in the configuration and security of personal computers. Maintains various records documentation, and inventories for department computer systems.
