As a member of the Storage Control Plane team, you will own the software design and development for core components and features that orchestrate the Storage Service. It would be best if you were a strong programmer and a distributed systems generalist, able to dive deep into any part of the stack and low-level systems and design broad distributed system, As a member of the software engineering division, you will assist in defining and developing software for tasks associated with the developing, debugging or designing of software applications or operating systems. Provide technical leadership to other software developers. Specify, design and implement modest changes to existing software architecture to meet changing needs.Disclaimer:

• 5+ years of experience delivering large scale, highly available distributed systems and backend services.
• Extensive experience developing clean code in Java (or similar object oriented language), as well as scripting languages such as Python.
• Strong knowledge of data structures, algorithms, multi-threading, operating systems, and distributed systems fundamentals.
• Strong understanding of storage systems (block / object / file) and distributed persistence technologies.

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $79,200 to $178,100 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.

Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.
