Job description
We are seeking a highly-skilled, full-time Pilgrimage Design Associate to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will work closely with our Sales and Pilgrimage Operations Teams to support group leaders in sales cycle by preparing customized pilgrimage proposals. In addition, this role will provide administrative support to ensure the smooth execution of the sales and marketing processes. If you possess strong follow-through, excellent communication skills, and a deep knowledge/experience of Catholic pilgrimage sites, you're the ideal candidate we're looking for!, Design Support 80% Collaborate with the Sales and Operations teams to provide top-tier service to prospective group leaders throughout their discernment journey by: Coordinating and participating in sales calls Researching and drafting compelling and relevant pilgrimage itineraries that allow a group leader's vision to come to life Preparing detailed and thorough pilgrimage proposals through copywriting, budgeting, and light graphic design Supporting various aspects of the sales process Bring automation to the forefront by developing and implementing efficient processes, captivating content, and valuable tools within Verso's CRM Sales & Marketing Administrative Support 20% Execute and manage email campaigns within the company's CRM platform Maintain accurate and up-to-date contact records, ensuring data integrity across all CRM entries and reporting tools Log meeting notes, call summaries, and action items in a timely and organized manner Coordinate follow-up tasks and action items on behalf of the Sales and Marketing teams Assist with the preparation of sales presentations, proposals, and marketing materials Track lead activity and pipeline updates, flagging key changes to relevant team members Support the scheduling and coordination of client meetings and internal team meetings Serve as a point of contact for administrative inquiries related to Sales and Marketing operations
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Theology, Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred) Prior administrative or executive support experience preferred International travel experience, particularly to relevant Catholic pilgrimage sites Analytical prowess and problem-solving skills with a talent for overcoming challenges and driving remarkable results Organizational skills, attention to detail, and a remarkable ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines with ease Direct experience in product or service sales, with a proven track record of driving results and exceeding expectations Familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) and graphic design (Canva and Adobe InDesign) A sense of adaptability and agility that will shine in a fast-paced environment, always ready to learn new skills and respond to ever-changing demands Exceptional written and verbal communication skills that allow you to effectively captivate and inspire
