Lead Mobile (iOS Developer

Join CrowdStrike's IT Go-to-Market team as a Lead Mobile (iOS Developer) and build the mobile applications that empower our sales and partner teams to stop breaches worldwide. • Design, develop, review, deploy and maintain iOS applications with a focus on performance, security, responsiveness, and exceptional user experience\n
• Hands On: Mentor and lead a team of off-shore iOS and Android developers - strong preference given for candidates with a background in iOS and Android development\n
• Collaborate cross-functionally with business analysts, alliances/channel team, backend engineers, and stakeholders to conceptualize, scope, and deliver new features and enhancements\n
• Write clean, maintainable code following Swift best practices, design patterns, and architectural principles (MVVM, Clean Architecture, etc.)\n
• Conduct comprehensive testing including unit tests, UI tests, and debugging to ensure applications meet CrowdStrike's quality and security standards\n
• Optimize application performance for speed, memory efficiency, and compatibility across iOS devices and OS versions\n
• Participate actively in code reviews, providing constructive feedback and mentoring team members to elevate code quality\n
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to app performance, crashes, functionality, and third-party integrations\n
• Integrate with backend services using RESTful APIs, ensuring secure and efficient data communication\n
• Stay current with iOS ecosystem updates (SwiftUI, Combine, async/await), Apple guidelines, and industry best practices to drive continuous improvement. Staying current with Android ecosystem updates will also be required for this role as the application is supported in both\n
• Understanding with Android ecosystem updates (Jetpack Compose, Kotlin Coroutines, Flow, Hilt), Material Design guidelines, and industry best practices to drive continuous improvement.\n
• Contribute to technical planning, including effort estimation, sprint planning, and architectural decisions\n

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or similar work experience\n
• A minimum of 5 years of progressively responsible experience in a directly related area, during which both technical and professional capabilities have been clearly demonstrated.\n
• Strong proficiency in Swift with hands-on experience using UIKit, SwiftUI, Core Data and Combine frameworks\n
• Strong preference given to candidates with some Android development experience (Kotlin, Android SDK, Jetpack, Gradle build system, Android Studio and Google Play Store provisioning and signing)\n
• Experience with Xcode, Interface Builder and Instruments. Platform knowledge of the app lifecycle, memory management (ARC) and App Store provisioning and signing\n
• Good to have experience with Salesforce concepts such as Lightning Web Components (LWC), Salesforce platform capabilities and integration patterns and the ability to create responsive and accessible UI components highly preferred\n
• Good to have familiarity with Jira, Coupa, MuleSoft and Salesforce Experience Cloud\n
• Ability to work independently, and as a team player, while using discretion in decision making and sound judgment in problem solving.\n
• Must have excellent analytics, organizations, problem-solving, interpersonal and communication skills, both written and oral, possess the ability and desire to quickly learn new skills and technologies.\n
