Principal Software Engineer (Node.js/React)

• Bachelors in Computer Science/Software Engineering or equivalent.
• 10+ Years in the software industry
• Strong communication skills
• Web components and microservices architecture and engineering
• 2+ Years of experience managing as Leading a team
• Experience with Javascript and Typescript development
• Knowledge of NodeJS and its available frameworks, such as ExpressJS and NestJS
• Knowledge and experience in writing backend components and Restful APIs
• Experience with different relational and schemaless databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB
• Knowledge and experience in developing user interfaces with HTML and CSS
• Knowledge and experience in developing web applications with React
• A clear understanding of Front End Architecture, state management, scalable designs
• Knowledge and experience in design systems such as Material-UI or Atomize, etc. Understanding of security standards and compliances
• Knowledge of fundamental concepts and design principles
• Understanding of JavaScript, Node, and React weaknesses and possibilities for their optimization
• Knowledge of and experience with Github, JIRA, and other collaboration tools
• Experience with:
• CI/CD pipelines
• Azure Cloud - Certification is a plus
• The healthcare industry is a plus
• Experience with writing unit tests and ensuring high-level test coverage
