Job description
The successful candidate for the role of Associate Software Engineer will play a crucial role in the design, development, testing, and maintenance of non-embedded software throughout the end-to-end lifecycle that meets industry, customer, and safety standards for the Tomahawk program, while adhering to strict government regulations. You will have the opportunity to review, analyze, and translate customer requirements into initial design of software products. Your expertise will be instrumental in developing, maintaining, enhancing and optimizing software products and functionalities for systems integrations. Additionally, you will debug and resolve issues identified to ensure the reliability and efficiency of software products., * Automate existing Computing Environment (CE) install and maintenance processes
- Implement current and emerging technologies, tools, frameworks and changes in regulations relevant to software development
- Execute and document software research and development projects
Requirements
- Active U.S. Secret Clearance with the ability to obtain TS/SCI
- 5+ years of experience with Ansible
- 5+ years of experience with Linux operating systems
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
- Windows Environment (Windows 10/11, Windows Server)
- Infrastructure as Code (IAC)
- Knowledge of Windows Desktop Development
- Project Management Tools (Azure DevOps, Jira, etc.)
- Azure DevOps Pipelines or other CI/CD tools
- Microservices or RESTful APIs
- Agile experience
- Strong mathematical analysis skills or STEM degree
- CompTIA Security+ certification or a degree in Computer Science, This position requires an active U.S. Secret Security Clearance (U.S. Citizenship Required). (A U.S. Security Clearance that has been active in the past 24 months is considered active)

Summary base pay range $133,000 - $155,000
