• Lead cross-functional delivery of technology projects and deliverables.
• Define project scope, goals, milestones, deliverables, tasks, and resource requirements.
• Manage projects from concept through implementation.
• Lead sprint planning, stand-ups, and Agile delivery activities.
• Collaborate with technical and product teams to break complex projects into prioritized plans.
• Track project status, progress, dependencies, risks, and milestones.
• Provide clear visibility to team members, stakeholders, and leadership.
• Identify and manage cross-team dependencies and project risks.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience managing cross-functional technology projects in a fast-paced enterprise environment and will be comfortable working with ambiguity, driving decisions, and communicating effectively with technical teams, product teams, and leadership., * Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.

• 10+ years of relevant IT project management experience.
• Strong analytical, planning, and project management skills.
• Proven ability to prioritize, track, and deliver results.
• Experience in a hybrid role involving:

• Program / Delivery Management
• Scrum Master responsibilities
• Release Management

• Strong knowledge of Agile delivery methods including Scrum, Kanban, and Lean.
• Ability to adapt Agile practices to fit project and business needs.
• Strong dependency management and stakeholder influence skills.
• Executive-ready communication and reporting skills.
• Experience coordinating releases across multiple teams and environments.
• Familiarity with CI/CD concepts and operational readiness.
