We are seeking a motivated Business Analyst Retail & E-Commerce to support digital commerce initiatives and retail systems. This role focuses on gathering requirements, supporting Agile delivery, and working with cross-functional teams. You will help translate business needs into user stories and functional documentation. This position is ideal for early-career professionals entering the retail and ecommerce domain., * Assist with requirements gathering and documentation
- Support the creation of user stories and acceptance criteria
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Developers, and QA teams
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies
- Support UAT and defect tracking
- Maintain functional and process documentation
- Communicate requirements to stakeholders
Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience as a Business Analyst or related role
- Exposure to Retail or E-Commerce systems
- Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodology
- Experience using JIRA or similar tools
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Basic knowledge of SQL or data concepts
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
