UX resource needed for Process Reimagination / TRM Workstream. This role involves designing intuitive, user-centric digital experiences across web and enterprise applications, supporting the ongoing re-imagination of the technology risk management framework and related processes. The candidate will collaborate with multiple teams to deliver high-quality UI designs aligned with enterprise standards., This position offers a great working environment with opportunities for growth and development. Requirements
- Strong experience in designing intuitive, user-centric digital experiences across web and enterprise applications.
- Proven ability to translate complex business and technical requirements into clear, usable designs.
- Hands-on expertise in Figma (PNC's primary design platform) is required.
- Experience with other UX tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, or InVision is a plus.
- Ability to collaborate effectively within shared design systems and component libraries.
- Proficient in creating low- and high-fidelity wireframes, interactive prototypes, and mockups.
- Demonstrated ability to iterate designs quickly based on stakeholder and user feedback.
- Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic front-end principles to ensure design feasibility and smoother handoff to engineering teams.
- Ability to collaborate closely with developers to align on implementation constraints.
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to present design concepts clearly to product owners, engineering teams, and leadership.
- Experience working in Agile environments, participating in sprint planning and iterative delivery.
- Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG) and designing for inclusive user experiences.
- Awareness of regulatory and risk considerations in enterprise environments is a plus.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end UX process, from research and ideation to wireframes, prototypes, and final UI designs., * Hands-on expertise in Figma
