Job description

Technical Leadership & Delivery &bull Lead development for a cross-functional Agile team of 4-8 engineers across backend, frontend, and full stack roles. &bull Deliver core platform features and integrated web applications supporting global markets. &bull Translate functional and technical requirements into scalable full stack solutions.

Application Development &bull Design, build, test, deploy, and maintain: o Secure APIs o Microservices o User interfaces &bull Focus on automation, fault tolerance, scalability, and high availability. &bull Ensure strong integration between frontend and backend components by enforcing: o Code quality standards o Documentation practices o Best practices for performance, usability, and reliability

Technology Stack &bull Backend development using Java and Spring Boot. &bull Frontend development using modern frameworks, especially React.js. &bull Event-driven architecture using Kafka. &bull Data layer experience with: o SQL databases (Azure SQL) o NoSQL databases (Cosmos DB, Cassandra, MongoDB) &bull Containerization and orchestration using: o Docker o Kubernetes &bull Cloud platforms including: o Azure o GCP o AWS

DevOps & Observability &bull Apply strong understanding of: o DevOps principles o CI/CD pipelines o System observability o Deployment patterns for full stack applications

Mentorship & Engineering Excellence &bull Mentor engineers through: o Code reviews o Pair programming o Technical design discussions &bull Strengthen backend and frontend engineering practices across the team.

Requirements

&bull Advanced experience with Java and Spring Boot. &bull Strong experience with React.js and modern front end development. &bull Hands-on experience with: o Kafka o Docker o Kubernetes &bull Experience working with SQL and NoSQL databases in full stack systems. &bull Proven ability to lead teams in Agile environments. &bull Strong communication and technical decision-making skills.
