Job description

Our Process Integration team is at the center of advancing next-generation memory technology. We work closely across engineering, manufacturing, and change management to turn data into action and keep programs moving forward. We're hiring a Senior Process Integration Technician to partner with Module Engineers and help drive day-to-day execution. This role is essential to keeping experiments, conversions, and production priorities on track through strong coordination and clear communication. You'll play a hands-on role in data analysis, issue resolutions, and cross-functional alignment to support key technology milestones., * Partner with PI Module Engineers to analyze data and support assigned process modules

  • Coordinate experiments, lot movement, and logistics including SWR issues, tracking, and holds monitoring
  • Collaborate with module owners, area owners, and change management partners to execute conversions on schedule
  • Provide engineering support including SWR/GCP writing, WIS monitoring, data extraction, and reporting
  • Communicate progress, risks, and needs to maintain alignment and meet program goals

Requirements

  • Associate's degree in a related field or equivalent professional or military experience
  • 6+ years working in a technician role in manufacturing or R&D environments
  • Experience in process integration, semiconductor manufacturing, or module support
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data to support engineering decisions
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and coordinate work in a fast-paced environment
  • Proven problem solving skills including root cause analysis, * Experience with DRAM process integration, advanced packaging, or change management at Micron
  • Familiarity with DRAM or bond flows and inline detection methods
  • Experience with Pareto analysis, GCP creation, and conversion execution
  • Understanding of cycle time optimization and priority-based lot management
  • Experience with program milestone planning, risk management, and change workflows
