SAP Master Data Management (MDM) Consultant

Looking for SAP Master Data Management (MDM) Consultant to join a global SAP S/4HANA transformation program. The role will focus on supporting master data governance, data migration, data quality, and business process harmonization activities as part of an SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA implementation.

The successful candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, functional teams, data owners, and implementation partners to ensure high-quality master data and successful delivery of the transformation program., * Lead master data workstreams during SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA transformation projects.

• Drive data governance, data quality, and master data standardization initiatives.
• Analyze legacy ECC master data structures and support migration to SAP S/4HANA.
• Support Business Partner (BP) conversion and harmonization activities.
• Define and execute data cleansing, enrichment, validation, and reconciliation activities.
• Develop data mapping and transformation specifications across multiple master data domains.
• Coordinate migration cycles, mock loads, cutover activities, and post-go-live support.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to define data ownership, stewardship, and governance processes.
• Support SIT, UAT, dress rehearsals, and production cutover activities.
• Identify data-related risks and recommend mitigation strategies.
• Prepare governance documentation, process flows, and training materials.
• Work closely with SAP functional teams to ensure end-to-end process alignment.

• 8-10 years of experience in SAP with strong focus on Master Data Management.

• Experience in at least one full-cycle SAP S/4HANA implementation or migration project.

• Strong understanding of SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA master data architecture.

• Hands-on experience with: Business Partner (Customer/Vendor Integration) , Material Master, Customer Master, Vendor Master, Finance Master Data and Manufacturing Master Data

• Experience in data migration, data cleansing, data validation, and reconciliation activities.

• Strong understanding of data governance principles and operating models.

• Experience with SAP migration and governance tools such as: SAP MDG, SAP Migration Cockpit, SAP Data Services (BODS),

• Working experiences with data migration tools such a s Syniti, Informatica and or Winshuttle., * Experience in Consumer Products, FMCG, Manufacturing, or Supply Chain industries.

• Prior experience in business separation, carve-out, merger, or divestiture programs.

• Experience establishing enterprise-wide data governance frameworks.

• SAP MDG implementation experience a must.

• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

• Ability to work in global, cross-functional, and matrixed environments.

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.

• SAP Certification in S/4HANA and/or SAP MDG is preferred.
