Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture, integrations, workflows, and best practices
Experience designing enterprise-level ServiceNow solutions
Ability to lead technical discussions with clients and internal teams
Hands-on experience with:
- Flow Designer
- Integration Hub
- CMDB
- Discovery
- Service Catalog
- Custom Application Development
