Senior Data Analyst

This is a Non-Employee Contingent Worker Role providing services for TIAA's family of companies and will be employed by TIAA's preferred 3rd Party Supplier. As a Non-Employee CW, perform a variety of moderately complex business planning, support, and project-related duties. Demonstrates an exceptional standard of quality and holds themselves accountable to achieving excellent results., * Approves mathematical, statistical, and economic techniques that determine market conditions, project consumer needs and inform business initiatives.

• Analyzes and reviews trends found from modelling to inform other lines of business such as product development and marketing decisions.
• Oversees data mining models, statistical reporting and data analysis methodologies to identify key customer segments and to simulate impact of potential business decisions.
• Develops and presents detailed reports and conclusions for business, finance, and investment management based on data summaries.
• Analyzing results for multiple functions and communicating conclusions from complex models to a wide range of audiences.
• Partners with other areas of the business to model outcome of implementing potential business strategies.
• Manages large, complex projects or processes with limited oversight while working with other team members to ensure accurate findings and results.

Educational Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree Required, Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location.

Data modeling experience in designing relational databases and data warehouses; proficiency with the Hackolade modeling tool.

Experience in integrating governance processes such as creating Meta Model and Data Lineage documentation with GIT and Collibra platforms.

Hands-on experience with Snowflake database and writing complex queries.

Expertise in query performance tuning.

Preferred Skills:

Hands-on experience with AWS, Teraforms, Glue, and Python.

CloudBees pipeline frameworks.

ServiceNow Change Management process.
