Job description

We are seeking a dedicated Maintenance Systems Training & Adoption Specialist to support the deployment of a global Computerized Asset Management System. This role offers an exciting opportunity to engage with diverse teams and ensure successful adoption of standardized maintenance processes. Responsibilities

  • Deliver structured training sessions to users across various sites, enabling them to perform maintenance activities confidently.
  • Assess training needs and tailor content to align with site readiness and roles.
  • Ensure training materials reflect approved global processes and system configurations.
  • Collaborate with maintenance, engineering, and operations teams to facilitate understanding of system usage.
  • Support users in building confidence and addressing common questions during the transition phase.
  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in training methodologies and materials.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.
  • Proven experience in delivering software or system training in a professional environment.
  • Strong facilitation and communication skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
  • Ability to translate technical concepts into practical guidance for end users.

Preferred Skills

  • Familiarity with maintenance work management processes and CMMS or Enterprise Asset Management systems.
  • Experience in supporting enterprise system deployments or transformation initiatives.
  • Knowledge of change management principles and user adoption strategies.
  • Experience in regulated manufacturing environments.
