Web & Graphic Designer

We are seeking a talented digital/graphic designer who possesses a strong design portfolio and the ability to make an immediate impact within our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of professional experience working in a production or agency environment, with a focus on web design, user interface design, branding/logo creation, and print materials. This role requires a creative individual who can translate concepts across various marketing platforms, ensuring each project aligns with brand standards and client expectations. The successful candidate should be deadline-driven, self-motivated, and comfortable engaging with clients to understand their needs. You will collaborate closely with our development team to craft visually appealing front-end website designs, develop branding assets, and produce high-quality marketing collateral. Your creative expertise will help elevate our clients' brands and contribute to the continued growth of our agency., * Collaborate with the development team to create visually compelling front-end website designs

• Design, conceptualize, and deliver high-quality branding assets, including logos, environmental graphics, and brand collateral
• Develop clear and timely design solutions that incorporate client feedback, adhere to deadlines, and meet project constraints
• Create wireframes and prototypes to visualize web design concepts effectively
• Ensure consistency and quality across all visual elements and marketing platforms
• Participate in client meetings to understand project goals and present design ideas
• Maintain awareness of current design trends and incorporate innovative ideas into projects
• Assist in preparing files for print and digital production as needed
• Work proactively to manage multiple projects and deliver results on time

• 2+ years of experience as a digital designer, graphic designer, or front-end web designer (programming experience not required)
• Proficiency in Figma, including asset handoff to developers
• Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Portfolio showcasing exceptional graphic and web design work
• Ability to wireframe and prototype web designs effectively
• Passion for digital design and creative problem-solving
• Excellent eye for typography, branding, print, and conceptualization
• Exceptional time management and organizational skills
• Strong collaboration and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Knowledge of traditional printing techniques (a plus)
• Agency experience highly preferred
