Job description

We are specifically looking for a ** Senior Manager of Data Center Compliance Integration** . You will be responsible for managing the Compliance Integration function. Your team will be accountable for three key workstreams:

  • Integration of new and changing compliance initiatives and frameworks into Oracle's Data Center Compliance Program across commercial, government, and hyperscale environments.
  • Onboard new product types with compliance-specific considerations into the workstream and communicate those new considerations to stakeholders across the enterprise.
  • Ensure colocation provider, supplier, and customer contractual terms meet Oracle compliance requirements and align the appropriate language for accountability of each party.

Responsibilities

Role Summary

The Senior Manager of Data Center Compliance will serve as the Integration Manager and primary engagement lead for all new data center products, sites, regions, regulatory frameworks, and material changes impacting the Data Center Compliance (DCC) organization. This role functions as the Program Integration Hub for DCC, ensuring new initiatives are assessed, coordinated, integrated, and operationalized consistently across the compliance ecosystem.

This leader will establish scalable engagement and intake models across multiple Lines of Business (LOBs) to create structured pathways for evaluating new business demands, infrastructure expansion efforts, evolving regulatory requirements, and change management processes which impact data center compliance services to.

? Drive alignment across sales, procurement, product management, data center capacity planning, infrastructure, to ensure compliance requirements are addressed early in the datacenter lifecycle.

  • Develop compliance governance frameworks and standardize workflows to support operational scalability and establish stakeholder communication models to improve operational readiness.
  • Enable DCC growth by integrating compliance considerations into global infrastructure expansion planning and identifying gaps to remove organizational friction across cross-functional teams., Leadership, Influence, & Talent Management
  • Lead, develop, and manage a high-performing team through effective recruitment, onboarding, coaching, mentoring, performance management, and career development practices.
  • Select, develop, and evaluate personnel to ensure efficient execution of organizational objectives and long-term operational scalability.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, continuous improvement, and associate growth through regular feedback and developmental conversations.

Cross-Functional Integration & Stakeholder Management

  • Serves as the Program Integration Hub for compliance-related initiatives impacting data center infrastructure, products, sites, regions, suppliers, and regulatory frameworks to deliver comprehensive compliance-focused data centers globally.
  • Builds strong partnerships across business, technical, legal, procurement, supplier management, and governance teams to improve engagement and cross-functional coordination.
  • Leads executive communication, stakeholder management, status reporting, and change management for cross-functional data center projects with evolving compliance requirements.

Metrics, Controls, & Organizational Impact

  • Identify meaningful quantitative and qualitative data points to measure operational effectiveness, risk posture, and program maturity.
  • Inform development of KPIs, dashboards, and reporting frameworks to measure operational performance and compliance effectiveness.
  • Support audit readiness activities and regulatory compliance programs across global data center operations.

Requirements

  • Strong understanding of Information Security
  • Strong understanding of Data Center regulatory specific Compliance frameworks
  • Experience working in large-scale cloud or data center infrastructure environments
  • Data Center and Contract Management expertise preferred
  • People leader or team lead experience is preferred
  • Familiarity with project management tools including Jira, Confluence, SharePoint, and Primavera preferred

Benefits & conditions

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $118,500 to $251,600 per annum. May be eligible for bonus, equity, and compensation deferral.
