Data Analyst

We are seeking a Senior Data Analyst to support data-driven decision-making through data extraction, analysis, reporting, and visualization. The ideal candidate will have strong SQL and Oracle database experience, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to communicate insights to stakeholders. Experience with Tableau and research projects is highly preferred., * Extract, clean, and analyze data from Oracle and other databases using SQL.

• Develop reports, dashboards, and data visualizations using Tableau.
• Identify trends, patterns, and insights from complex datasets.
• Respond to internal and external data requests with accurate and timely information.
• Support research and evaluation projects by collecting, organizing, and analyzing data.
• Present findings and recommendations to leadership and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners on data-related initiatives.
• Prepare reports, summaries, and documentation of research findings.

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience with SQL, Oracle, or similar databases.
• 5+ years of experience extracting and analyzing data from large datasets.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills.
• Experience writing queries, creating reports, and presenting findings., * Experience with Tableau or other data visualization tools.
• Experience in Criminal Justice, Public Safety, or related fields.
• Knowledge of statistical analysis and research methodologies.
