Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience as a System/Business Analyst
  • Strong experience in eCommerce, Loyalty Programs, and Customer Engagement Platforms
  • Experience with Mobile Applications and Digital Platforms
  • Knowledge of Microservices, APIs, Event-Driven Architectures, and Cloud-Native Systems
  • Expertise in Requirements Gathering, User Stories, Functional Specifications, and Acceptance Criteria
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
  • Strong stakeholder communication and documentation skills
  • Familiarity with QSR workflows, Order Management, Checkout, Payments, Promotions, and Customer Journeys, * AWS Cloud experience
  • Identity & Access Management (SSO, Authentication, Authorization)
  • API Orchestration & Integration Modernization
  • CBAP, CCBA, Agile BA, or Product Owner Certifications
