Join a dynamic team as a Senior Cloud Engineer supporting cutting-edge Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM implementations. This role involves providing expert-level support for integrations, reports, and module enhancements in a complex cloud environment. You will lead the design, development, and optimization of Oracle Cloud HCM solutions-working hands-on with HCM Extracts, BI Publisher Reports, HDL, FastFormulas, OTBI reports, and workflows. Your expertise will ensure seamless operation, continuous improvement, and successful integrations across enterprise systems, with opportunities to influence future module implementations. This primarily remote contract position offers a pathway to full-time employment for qualified candidates. An in-person interview and onboarding are required., * Lead the development, customization, and support of Oracle Cloud HCM integrations, reports, and extensions for modules like Core HR, Recruitment, Benefits, Absence, T&L, Payroll, and Helpdesk-focusing on benefits and absence modules.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
- Design and implement integrations using HDL, HCM Extracts, REST APIs, and BIP Reports.
- Develop and support enhancements using HCM Studio, Application Composer, Visual Builder Studio, and Fast Formulas.
- Create complex ad-hoc reports using BIP and OTBI tools to meet dynamic business needs.
- Troubleshoot system issues, optimize performance, and support system patches, upgrades, and testing activities.
- Manage system integrations with external systems and support Oracle support for incident resolution.
- Mentor team members and document configurations, processes, and best practices.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM architecture and data flow to ensure optimal system performance.
Requirements
- Extensive hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM including integrations, reports, and extensions.
- Proficiency with HCM Extracts, BI Publisher, HDL, FastFormulas, OTBI, and workflow development.
- Strong understanding of cloud architecture, data flows, and business process integration.
- Previous experience supporting Oracle HCM in a complex, enterprise environment.
- Ability to troubleshoot, optimize system performance, and work effectively both independently and within a team.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
