• Be responsible for the UI design of English products, design visually attractive and user-friendly product interfaces, and formulate the overall visual style and design specifications.
• Collaborate closely with product managers and development teams, deeply understand product requirements and user scenarios, and provide innovative and feasible design solutions.
• Design and produce high-fidelity prototype diagrams to ensure clear communication and effective communication of the design plan.
• Conduct user research and user testing, collect user feedback, and continuously optimize the user experience of the product.
• Participate in the team's design discussions and reviews, share design experience and insights, and promote the improvement of the team's design level.
• Pay attention to industry design trends, explore new design ideas and methods, and bring cutting-edge design concepts to the product.

• Bachelor's degree or above, design-related majors are preferred.
• Have more than 1 year of UI design work experience, and have successful online project cases.
• Proficient in commonly used design tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.
• Excellent visual design skills, including layout, color matching, graphic composition, etc.
• Have good user empathy and be able to think and solve design problems from the user's perspective.
• Have strong innovation ability and aesthetic level, and be able to independently complete high-quality design works.
• Have good communication skills and teamwork spirit, and be able to effectively express design ideas and viewpoints.

Bonus points: Good English ability, be familiar with font layout components, having design experiences of English websites/landing pages; design experiences in making beautiful English PPT/reports and VI/KV/materials (not mandatory).
