Job description

  • Lead end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementation, migration, or upgrade projects utilizing the SAP Activate methodology
  • Define and manage project scope, objectives, timelines, deliverables, and success metrics aligned with business goals
  • Oversee project execution across all phases: Discovery, Prepare, Explore, Realize, Deploy, and Run
  • Identify and manage risks, issues, and dependencies, ensuring timely resolution
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, SAP functional/technical teams, and cross-functional IT groups to achieve milestones
  • Drive project governance, compliance, and change control processes
  • Act as a Scrum Master supporting Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog refinement, and retrospectives
  • Maintain key project artifacts including roadmaps, RAID logs, status reports, and executive updates
  • Promote continuous improvement and ensure a structured, iterative delivery approach

Requirements

TEKsystems is seeking an experienced SAP Project Manager to lead a large-scale Material Management Platform (MMP) Transformation Program focused on SAP S/4HANA implementations. This role requires a hands-on leader with deep SAP expertise, strong Agile delivery experience, and the ability to drive complex, global initiatives from strategy through execution., * 8+ years of SAP Project Management experience

  • 3+ years leading SAP S/4HANA implementations
  • Strong experience with SAP Activate methodology
  • Proven track record managing complex, enterprise SAP deployments
  • Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum preferred)
  • Solid understanding of release management, project reporting, and stakeholder communication
  • Experience using project management tools such as MS Project

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $65.00/hr.
