AI Analyst / AI Engineer (LLMs, AI Agents & MCP)

We are seeking an experienced AI Analyst / AI Engineer with strong expertise in Generative AI, LLMs, AI Agents, MCP (Model Context Protocol), and RAG architectures. This role will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, helping define AI strategies, gather requirements, assess business impact, and guide the implementation of AI solutions., * Gather and document business and technical requirements for AI initiatives.

• Evaluate and recommend appropriate AI solutions, including LLMs, Agents, MCP, and RAG architectures.
• Conduct feasibility studies, ROI analysis, and business impact assessments.
• Define AI guardrails, privacy, security, and responsible AI requirements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, architects, developers, and data scientists to deliver scalable AI solutions.
• Create business requirements, use cases, process flows, and functional specifications.

• Hands-on AI application development experience or strong technical understanding of AI implementation.
• Strong knowledge of AI/ML concepts and enterprise GenAI solutions.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working in Agile environments using Jira and Confluence.
