Job description
We are seeking an experienced Power BI Architect to lead enterprise BI architecture, governance, and analytics modernization initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in Power BI, Microsoft Fabric, enterprise reporting, and scalable data platform integrations.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Lead Power BI Service administration, governance, security, and capacity management
- Design and manage Microsoft Fabric architecture and Premium/Fabric capacities
- Develop enterprise-scale semantic models, reporting solutions, and performance optimization strategies
- Integrate Power BI with enterprise data platforms such as Snowflake and semantic layers including Kyvos and AtScale
- Implement CI/CD, deployment pipelines, Git integration, XMLA endpoints, and PBIP-based ALM processes
- Drive BI modernization, migration, automation, and analytics governance initiatives
- Design executive dashboards leveraging UX/UI, accessibility, and data storytelling best practices
- Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to translate analytics requirements into scalable solutions
- Support conversational analytics, Copilot capabilities, and modern AI-driven reporting experiences
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Information Systems, Statistics, or related field; Master's preferred
- 10+ years of progressive experience in BI, analytics, reporting, or data engineering with strong enterprise-scale Power BI expertise
- Expert knowledge of Power BI Desktop, Service, Embedded, Report Server, and Mobile
- Strong expertise in Power BI governance, gateways, deployment pipelines, security, and Fabric administration
- Strong SQL skills for enterprise data transformation, validation, and optimization
- Experience with Microsoft Fabric, Azure, Copilot, and enterprise BI platform migrations
- Experience with conversational analytics and vibe coding concepts
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Healthcare industry experience preferred
