Job description
Client is seeking an experienced SaaS Platform Administrator to support and administer its Salesforce environment. This individual will be responsible for platform administration, configuration, automation, user support, security, integrations, reporting, and ongoing system enhancements. The ideal candidate will have strong Salesforce administration experience and the ability to collaborate with both technical and business stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions., Administer and maintain Salesforce platform operations Manage users, permissions, security, and access controls Build and maintain Flows, automations, and configurations Support system integrations and external data connections Develop and maintain reports and dashboards Troubleshoot platform issues and provide end-user support Collaborate with business and technical teams on enhancements and projects Create system documentation and conduct user training

Requirements
5+ years of Salesforce Administration experience Hands-on experience with Salesforce configuration and customization Experience managing users, roles, profiles, permissions, and security settings Strong knowledge of Salesforce Flows and process automation Experience creating and maintaining reports and dashboards Data management, data quality, and troubleshooting experience Experience supporting Salesforce integrations and APIs Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills Ability to gather business requirements and translate them into Salesforce solutions
Preferred Experience: County, municipal, government, or public sector experience Salesforce Certified Administrator Salesforce Advanced Administrator Certification Salesforce Platform App Builder Certification Salesforce Cloud Consultant Certifications
