Job description

Design and develop custom Slack Apps and Bots using Slack APIs (Events API, Web API) and the Bolt Framework.

Build and maintain integrations between Slack and enterprise platforms such as:

  • GitHub (PR notifications, CI/CD alerts)
  • Jira (issue tracking, ticket automation)
  • Confluence (knowledge sharing)
  • ServiceNow (incident management and alerts) Develop bi-directional integrations for real-time data synchronization. Support Slack Enterprise Grid implementation, workspace architecture, governance, and security controls. Automate workflows and improve collaboration across engineering and business teams. Manage Slack app lifecycle, permissions, security, and operational processes.

Requirements

Strong experience with Slack API and Slack App Development.

Hands-on experience building Slack Bots and custom integrations.

Experience with Slack Bolt Framework.

Experience integrating Slack with GitHub, Jira, Confluence, ServiceNow, or similar SaaS platforms.

Experience with REST APIs, webhooks, and event-driven architectures.

Strong scripting/programming skills (Python, Node.js, or JavaScript preferred).
