Job description

  • Manage and maintain Scrum boards to ensure accurate visibility into work in progress, backlog items, and priorities.
  • Track feature readiness and ensure dependencies are identified and managed.
  • Monitor agile metrics and delivery progress to support effective decision-making.
  • Coordinate milestone planning and execution across teams.
  • Support release planning activities, ensuring timelines and deliverables are clearly defined and communicated.
  • Collaborate with product owners, engineering teams, and stakeholders to remove blockers and drive on-time delivery.

Requirements

We are seeking a ServiceNow Program Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Agile program delivery, Scrum execution, and cross-team coordination within large-scale platform initiatives and a proven ability to drive feature readiness, manage dependencies, and deliver to milestones and release plans., * Proficiency in Agile and Scrum practices, including backlog management and Scrum tooling.

  • Strong dependency management and risk mitigation skills.
  • Clear communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Experience coordinating milestones and release plans across multiple teams.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with ServiceNow platform programs or similar enterprise platforms.
