Job description

We are seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Senior Functional Consultant with strong onsite client-facing and presales capabilities. The role involves leading HCM implementations, engaging with stakeholders, and supporting business development through solutioning and proposals., * Functional Consulting (Onsite Role)

  • Lead end-to-end implementation of Oracle HCM Cloud modules (Core HR, Payroll, Absence, Talent Management, etc.)
  • Gather and analyze business requirements; translate them into functional specifications
  • Conduct workshops, CRPs (Conference Room Pilots), and user training session
  • Configure Oracle HCM modules and coordinate with technical teams for integrations and customizations
  • Support data migration, testing (SIT/UAT), and post-go-live stabilization
  • Act as the primary client-facing consultant onsite

Presales Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with sales teams to support RFP/RFI responses
  • Design HCM solutions aligned with client requirements
  • Deliver product demos and client presentations
  • Provide effort estimation, solution architecture, and implementation approach
  • Contribute to proposal creation and bid defense meetings
  • Stakeholder & Project Management
  • Engage with business leaders, HR teams, and IT stakeholders
  • Manage project deliverables, timelines, and risks
  • Mentor junior consultants and review deliverables
  • Ensure adherence to best practices and Oracle standards

Requirements

Skills: Must be strong in Oracle HCM modules-Payroll, HCM, and Absence Management. and Benefits. Can communicate effectively with the senior leadership team and articulate ideas well. Strong communication and presentation skills., * 6-10+ years of experience in Oracle HCM implementations

  • Strong expertise in at least 2-3 HCM modules (Core HR, Payroll, Talent, etc.)
  • Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion HCM
  • Proven experience in client-facing onsite roles
  • Presales experience (solutioning, demos, RFP responses)
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, consulting-driven environment

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Oracle HCM Cloud certifications
  • Experience in global HCM implementations
  • Knowledge of integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, HDL, HCM Extracts)
  • Familiarity with Agile/Waterfall project methodologies
