Experience 5+ years of experience in business intelligence, data analytics, enterprise reporting, dashboard development, or related field required. 2+ years of experience managing or leading technical, analytics, reporting, or BI teams required. Healthcare industry experience preferred. Project management, data governance, and stakeholder engagement experience preferred.
