• Erweiterung und Customizing der bestehenden WebAnalytics und Personalisation Lösungen
• Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den Bereichen Entwicklung und Customer Success
• Technischer Support und Beratung für Kunden bezüglich Implementierung und Nutzung der Web Tracking und Personalisierungslösungen
• Erstellung und Pflege von technischen Dokumentationen und FAQ-Bereichen

• Abgeschlossene Ausbildung, Studium oder Berufserfahrung in einem technischen Bereich
• Erfahrung in der Arbeit mit Ticketsystemen (z.B. Otobo / Jira)
• Gute Kenntnisse der Webtechnologien JavaScript. HTMl PHP
• Grundkenntnisse im Aufbau von Shopsystemen, z.b. Magento, Oxid, Shopware
• Grundkenntnisse im Bereich Webtracking und Personalisierung
