• Optimize database performance and ensure data integrity
• Perform routine database maintenance, including updates, patches, and performance tuning
• Troubleshoot and resolve database-related issues promptly to minimize downtime
• Assist in data migration and transformation projects to support business needs
• Participate actively in agile delivery environments, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives
• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure code quality and adherence to best practices
• Maintain clear and concise documentation of code, processes, and architectural decisions
• Work closely with product managers, designers, and developers to deliver high-quality features and enhancements

• Degree in Electrical Engineering, Software Engineering, Information Technology or equivalent technical degree
• More than 5 years of experience in Java development with a good understanding of object-oriented programming and design patterns
• More than three years of professional experience, with knowledge of database design principles, normalization, and data modeling
• Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and understanding of security and compliance standards related to database administration
• trong experience with Spring and Spring Boot
• Experience with Hibernate ORM and JPA
• Experience with relational (SQL) and non-relational (NoSQL) databases
• Experience in designing and developing micro-service applications as well as with container orchestration tools Docker and Kubernetes
• Experience with JUnit and integration tests
• Proficiency in Maven and Git
• Experience with messaging systems, and knowledge of MQTT is an asset
• Experience in the Azure cloud platform is an asset
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process
• Team player with good verbal and written communication skills
