Job description

  • Definition, preparation, and implementation of the verification and integration plan for various helicopter systems (with a focus on avionics and the provision of all elements required for certification) - civil and military
  • Defining requirements for the necessary system test facilities and establishing the associated processes
  • Support for ground testing of prototype and production helicopters, flight testing, customer support, and assistance to the development departments in defining supplier tests for various helicopters
  • Support for System Reviews
  • Development of detailed integration and verification plans for all system functions
  • Development and implementation of all relevant test procedures
  • Preparation of all documents required for the validation, verification, qualification, and certification of the systems, while ensuring compliance with the defined and harmonized schedules
  • Evaluation, verification, and (technical) support for the work provided by the architects, system designers, and the helicopter support team-both in the development of the design and documentation, and in addressing technical issues
  • Providing status reports on testing and integration progress, presenting the necessary information in a transparent and reliable manner
  • Definition of functional requirements for test equipment (including system test facilities, support tools)
  • Defining, implementing, and improving integration methods and processes
  • Possibly coordinating rig testing (depending on your previous experience)

Requirements

Do you have experience in Project management?, * Completed studies in Electrical Engineering, Aerospace or a completed three-year vocational training program with additional training to become a technician or comparable

  • Experience in Project Management
  • Basic knowledge of Embedded Systems in the aviation sector
  • System integration and testing experience is a plus
  • Knowledge of data buses such as ARINC or MILBUs is a plus
  • Knowledge of ARIC 653 systems is a plus
  • Fluent English and basic German skills, both written and spoken
