Job offer

The selected candidate will carry out the following tasks:

• Prepare and process polymer-based materials and composites, flame-retardant formulations; evaluate fire behavior of lithium-ion battery components and related polymers using standard tests (flammability, heat release, smoke). The work will help safer and more resource-efficient energy storage, aligned with clean technologies.

• Support for research projects and collaboration with other team members.

• Collection, processing, and reporting of experimental data.

• Maintenance and calibration of laboratory equipment.

• Compliance with laboratory safety procedures and quality standards.

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, or similar., * Hands-on laboratory experience in academic or industrial environments
• Practical experience with electrochemical techniques, including CV, LSV, chronoamperometry, chronopotentiometry, and EIS
• Experience in battery electrical testing and operation of battery cyclers
• Experience in the preparation of electrolytes and solutions
• Experience in recording, processing, and analyzing experimental data
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel

Languages:

• Fluent English, both written and spoken.

• Initiative, flexibility, and problem-solving skills.

• Strong teamwork and communication abilities., The working language of the Institute is English. Full command of the English language is required in all positions.
