Reporting to theChief Data Officer (CDO)and a member of theData Leadership Team, you are accountable for allAnalytics & AAproductsacross the Group.
You lead a structured product organization composed of Product Leads and Product Owners, with a clear mission:

Requirements
10+ years of experience inProduct, Data, Analytics or AAleadership roles

Proven background inlarge, complex, international organizationscomparable in scale to a global FMCG group

Strong experience inroadmap ownership, portfoliomanagementand budget steering

Strong business acumenandvaluedrivenmindset

Solid product culture (discovery, delivery, value management), master Agile methodology (SCRUM)

High technical sensitivity, enabling effective dialogue with Data & IT teams

Is familiar with GCP environment and Power BI

Strong command ofproject,productand portfolio management practices

Pragmatic,resultsorientedapproach with a strong operational focus

Proficiency in English is mandatory, French professional proficiency is only recommended
